All employees at Blessing Health System were emailed a “program certificate” that will allow each employee to payroll deduct up to $200 (deducted over 3 pay periods) at each monthly Scrub and Apparel sale hosted through Landmarx, sponsored by the Blessing Volunteers in Partnership (BVIP).

How does this work?

  • BLESSING  will email you a “program certificate” with a code to use for payroll deduction.  Using this code will AUTOMATICALLY verify that this order is yours and payroll deduction is approved.
  • If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk email.  If you do not find an email in either location please call ext. 6820 or 4412
  • Do NOT share your code with anyone, the code is linked to YOU and your payroll deduction.  This code is for YOUR ORDERS ONLY. 
  • You will receive a new code every month. 

 

FAQ’s

  • Can I share my code with my family member who also works at Blessing?  NO – this code should only be used by the employee it was issued to.
  • What if I do not spend $200?  That is okay, the code allows UP TO $200 per sale. (Blessing Policy https://blessing-hospital.policystat.com/policy/14257284/latest )
  • Can I use the code on multiple orders?  YES – it will track up to $200.  If you go over $200 the difference can be paid by credit or debit card.

E-Store FAQ

How do I place an order online? Each category page allows you to add a product to your order by simply picking a product, a product color,and a logo. Then you have the option of going to your cart or continuing to shop. The Checkout pages will walk you through the process step-by-step as you enter your payment information and any special instructions.

What are my payment options? This store accepts all major credit cards for orders.  1 week per month there is a Scrub Sale, during this time you can use a "PROGRAM CERTIFICATE" that was emailed to you. This CERTIFICATE serves as your Payroll Deduct option.

How long will it take to receive my order? All items will ship or can be picked up within 10-14 business days of order date. Scrub sale items can be picked up 20 days from the close of each sale. The pick up location is Landmarx Screen Printed and Embroidered Products at 3902 Payson Rd in Quincy.

The Size Box is grayed out and I cannot order an item? Unfortunatley, this means this item is out of stock.

I need my order as fast as possible! If your order is a rush, please email John Moore at jmoore@landmarxinc.com.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes! Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order. Please retain this e-mail until you receive your order.

What is your return policy?  We will gladly replace an item back if there are defects.  Please double and triple check the sizing chart. We cannot accept a return for items that do not fit properly.

I just placed my order but need to change it. Any changes to orders must be made on the same day by emailing John Moore at jmoore@landmarxinc.com.

Monthly Scrub Sale Info

*The Monthly Scrub Sale will be available for 1 week out of each month. Once the sale closes, we cannot open it back up until the next sale.

 

*If an item is out of stock, you will recieve an email notification.  If we do not receive a response in 24 hours, the unavailable item will be cancelled from your order.

 

*All scrub tops, polos, jackets and bags are embroidered. Tees are printed

 

*Logos will be left chest on all tops and center of bags per Blessing logo guidelines.  If you choose a different logo location in one of our corparate categories, we will still logo on the left chest.

 

*Dept or Individual name options will be on the right chest. If your name or Dept name is over 16 characters, the text will be stacked.

 

 

*All Scrub Sale items can be picked up at Landmarx 20 days after the closing of the store. The Landmarx address is 3902 Payson Road in Quincy.
