E-Store FAQ

How do I place an order online? Each category page allows you to add a product to your order by simply picking a product, a product color, a logo, and a logo location. Then you have the option of going to your cart or continuing to shop. The Checkout pages will walk you through the process step-by-step as you enter your payment information and any special instructions.

What are my payment options? This store accepts all major credit cards for orders.  

How long will it take to receive my order? All items will ship or can be picked up within 10-14 business days of the order date. The pickup location is Landmarx Screen Printed and Embroidered Products at 3902 Payson Rd in Quincy.

The Size Box is grayed out and I cannot order an item. Unfortunately, this means this item is out of stock.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes! Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with your order details. Please retain this e-mail until you receive your order.

What is your return policy?  We will gladly replace an item back if there are defects.  Please double and triple-check the sizing chart. We cannot accept a return for items that do not fit properly.
